Genius! ----- 1-2-3 Cake. I love this idea!!!
You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three Tbsp. of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in 2 Tbsp of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake! Top with fruit, ice cream, whipped cream or whatever! Awesome for those of us who want something sweet every now and then without making an entire cake!!!
I HAVE to try this!

Both recipes sound very convenient and economical. |

Same with me Ella. The ingredients on top all sound so good. I guess I could try one zucchini and cook it in the toaster oven.

Mojo, so the cake works good? I'm still planning on trying it but haven't yet. Man, a cake in a minute, you can't beat that with a stick!

Try this quick way to make the best shrimp.
Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)

That shrimp looks great! Yes the cake works great, doesn't rise as high as baking, but a nice quick dessert, I like whip cream and strawberries on it |
