I finally fixed the M2F conflict with the phpBB 2.0.18 Update and Updated BOTH the Live and Test RCF boards. So far, everything seems to be working correctly...

Trust me. You would have if I had installed the 2.0.18 Update before fixing the M2F file. In fact, the board would have been completely hosed...
