I know some people actually send their laundry out, they must be quite wealthy to afford that. |

Not long ago I had a comforter that needed washing, it was too large for my washer and dryer so I took it to a washatera. Cost $4 to wash and $4 dollars to dry using extra large machines. Geezzzzz. I'm not sure I paid too much more for it when I bought it on sale. I think I could easily dry a comforter in this new dryer, it has a huge drum.

Somebody needs to post more on this Kaffeeklatch forum or it will die. Don't be a murderer, share your day or your thoughts! As for me, I've been sick with a bug that's going around, but well now. How is everybody???? |

AMEN TO THAT!
Do have a passion for computers I must admit. Not too long ago I purchased a HP PC at a garage sale to play with. It is running Vista. A new experience for me. It's so much like W7, which I've had experience with, that it's not hard at all for me to find stuff and get the hang of it. I got it shortly before breaking my wrist so got to mess with it only a few days but got some stuff uninstalled, some installed, stuff updated. I don't think anyone even messed with that PC for a couple years or so, it needed about 70 or 80 updates from Microsoft.
One reason why it hadn't been updated for so long I think is because the auto update was not working. I turned off the auto update and later tried to update manually and they came pouring in! LOL
Anyway, haven't had time to get back to it since I broke my wrist. Hopeful I can soon. Right now I have income tax documents all over my desk.
It's always something ....
