| Hi all. My son Jim asked me to go with him to donate blood. He did, I didn't , darn it my blood pressure is elevated so I couldn't give. I had dr apt couple weeks ago and bp up then too. I hope this isn't forever. So I took a nap. Time to watch the salt, diet and yuk, exercise. Wish me luk |

Good luck of course but it seems you have the will power to do what ever is necessary. I have found out a long time ago it pays to stay off drugs whenever possible. Especially live long drugs.

Well, my high blood pressure may go off the charts if Obama loses this election. The polls say he and Romney are neck and neck. I will never vote again in my life if he loses. This country can go to hell in a handbasket with no assistance from me. I am frightened.   Anyway, Mojo, you live a healthy lifestyle and will be just fine! |

I try Ella. I am sure my blood pressure was up when I saw my down spout was gone, new neighbors, I can't prov it but I bet they got it, the turds. I bought a plastic one and taped the heck out of it with duck tape. Not a happy camper right now.
I am making sure to leave work early tomorrow to vote. They changed the place we vote this year. OBAMA ALL THE WAY! |
