Kingsoft Office Suite Free
I read a review for this program by Rick Brdida and he uses it and highly recommends it. He finds it better than OpenOffice or LibraOffice (both free).
There are also Standard and Pro versions that you have to pay for but for most people the Free one is sufficient. The suite contains Writer, Presentation and Spreadsheet.

Looks like it doesn't support XP 64bit.
