A friend is selling their house and wants a virtual tour to show people. Does anyone know of any site that could do this? She was thinking about getting a website of her own but I would think there was an easier way.

Are you talking about a walking tour?  Not sure about that other than maybe YouTube.  Take a video and upload it there.

If a slide show of pictures would suffice there are a lot of online sites that will create and host a slide show for you for free.

That does work nice on scenery or a street view but I've not had much luck with it doing a great job close up like inside a house.  But that could just be me not know how.  LOL

Its best to use a fish eye lens, or wide angle lens.

Thanks for that info, Dave.  I don't have either so I guess I'm out of luck with making a really good virtual tour of my house but that site is really a good find.  I does a very good job.

Dave please take a look at this site

(removed)

Starting with the 2nd picture you can put your cursor on the picture, press down and move the picture to see all the way around.  How would one do that?  Using a fish eye lens or wide angle lens?  Would you put the camera on a tripod, move it around, snap pictures and then stitch them together?  You can even look at the ceiling.

rb, you should remove that link, I don't know if I got a virus or what happened but it froze up and activity light was going crazy like it was installing something and my pc crashed and it closed all my open projects. Its still doing something, I probably better do a sys scan, its did something to my pc.
