That's typically a sign that the MOD is installed twice. Restore the Backups again to make sure that all traces of the MOD are removed from your phpBB files, then reinstall it. Be careful not to refresh the last page of EM (Step 3) after the MOD is installed, or EM will install the MOD again...

As long as you don't delete your backups that EM created for you, you should be fine. You really don't need to download a fresh copy of the MOD. The one you have is fine. Just be careful only to install it once. And get off the last install page (Step 3) after the MOD is installed so that there is no chance of accidentally refreshing the page and reinstalling the MOD more than once...

Yes, go ahead. All the included files should be uploaded to your phpBB forum folders, except for the txt files. The only problem you had with the last install was that the MOD code was added to your phpBB code twice. The included files had nothing to do with that problem...

Ok, if I'm understanding you correctly, you have the MOD installed now and your board is still online. The only problem now is getting it to work. What are the error messages if any???

| When I reinstaled the mod I lost the board again so I used my constants.php from EM backups we saved and it brought board bk , so at that point, yes mods installed and boards bk site has nav link to games showing and acp has all the arcade controls showing they just dont do anything , if you click on any of them in the acp takes you to a blank gray page , there no error messages of any kind showing up |

It wasn't the constants.php file that you were supposed to restore. The problem file is the constants_arcade.php file. If you restore the constants.php file from EM's backups folder, you are removing some important code that was added by the MOD...
So take the includes/constants.php.txt file from the MOD processed folder, strip the txt extension, then upload it back to your forum includes folder. That should bring the site back down again. Then upload a clean copy of the constants_arcade.php file to your forum include folder and the forum should come back online again...
