In my posting_topic_review.tpl file, the iframe src is set with the variable {U_REVIEW_TOPIC}, which is assigned in the posting.php file. Is the path hardcoded in your posting_topic_review.tpl file???

The View Source isn't a good option because it parses the code and replaces much of it with data from your database. I can't see your posting.php file above since it is not in text format. It tries to "run" when you click on it...

It doesn't look like the iframe src path in your posting_topic_review.tpl file is hardcoded, so the problem may be in your posting.php file where the template is assigned. But if your posting.php file is like mine, the template is not hardcoded into that path assignment either...
