| I'm having a little trouble editing the information box. If I was to uninstall that mod, would it remove the changes you did because I preferred it how it was with the login box separate etc... |

Yes, if you Restore the EM Backups, it will undo everything and it will be back the way you had it...

You can move the Login section out into a separate table if you wanted it like that too without having to completely uninstall the MOD...

Woops, I screwed up. I had modified that section so that it was identical to subSilver so that the MOD would easily install. I had created backups, but I had since overwritten the backups with newer copies of the index_body.tpl file...
I tried to find the last MOD that you installed that modified the av8rportal/index_body.tpl file. If we can find it, it would have the missing section in the processed folder. You seem to have been modifying a template named smartDark which is no longer available in your templates folder. I don't see any recently installed MOD that is modifying the av8rportal/index_body.tpl file. Maybe you can better figure it out...
