The category in the phpbb_ads_adverts table was Business & Commercial and didn't include the s at the end. I corrected it and it now works as it should...

In the phpbb_ads_adverts table, the sub-category was Audio / Video but in the phpbb_ads_categories table, it was set to Audio and Video. They have to match, so I changed Audio and Video to Audio / Video in the phpbb_ads_categories table...
It works now too...

I don't think you will have any more errors as long as you don't change category or sub-category names after creating ad records. I'm actually surprised that it allowed you to have this many errors already though. The MOD must not do a very good job of synchronizing records whenever there is a change...
