Did you create the new database in MySql first? Also, you have to use the full database name, not just the last part like pictured in my screenshot. So if the database id phpbb_new, you must enter that instead of new...

Yeah, I created new MySQL database but didn't write phpbb_vforum, I just wrote vforum and clicked Go.
Now it copied. Now i will first finish copying files and than will see what to edit in config.php |

You will have to point to the new database name in your config.php file and if you used a different username and password, you will need to correct those too...
Then you will need to adjust at least 3-5 settings in the phpbb_config table in your new database...

I adjusted the phpbb_config table in my new database like Title, cookie, and some other stuff which was necessary to be changed. Now I have copied all files and folder and changed the dbuser, dbname to the same what I made in MySQL database in Cpanel and the password too but when I open www.pkvehicles.com/forum it give lots of warnings!! which I don't know what to do now onward.

If you have the ability to copy files from one server to another without moving those files off of the source server, then that is the best option. So how is it going so far???

I have copied all the files and in root the files in FW are set to 755 as permission and when i copied from PC to server it changes the permission to 644 in Pkvehicles
So is 644 safe permission ?
By the way, pkvehicles.com/forum is working fine and everything in it and the MODs too but 1 thing is amazing that even the MODs folder aren't copied completely, than also it is working fine! How come? Do i copy the rest MODs which haven't been copied till yet or it is fine |

| The MODs folder haven't copied properly neither files in admin folder because I am unable to enter ACP. So i will need to copy the rest MOD folders and admin files to it's proper place. And I want to ask that 644 permission file is okay or i need to change each and every file's permission to 755!!! |

644 is the typical setting for file permissions on most servers. There are a few exceptions, such as Awardspace and Lycos sites to name a few. But the vast majority of servers use the standard 644 permission, which is extremely safe. The folder permissions are almost always set to 755 though, except for the cache and images/avatars folders, along with any other folder where you allow members to upload files to your server. The most dangerous permission is 777, so you should use it only for folders that I have mentioned above...
The MODs folder contains MODs that you have installed or are considering installing. Once a MOD is installed, you only need the MOD folder, including it's backups and processed folders if you want to restore your MOD backups. Otherwise, they don't need to be there. So the best practice is to download the MOD folder back to your PC after the MOD is installed so that you have backups of them in case you ever need to restore EM backups. Without them, you would have to manually restore the code. As long as you have a good backup of the MOD, including it's backups and processed folders, it is safe to delete it from your admin/mods folder...
