While I personally could do without it it seems people love having their weather on a board. Because of this I will install it BUT I like what you did with it by putting it in peoples profile. It seems so much nicer there and others can click on their friends profile to see if they are in a storm 
So which mod and how do I transfer from the index to the profile? |

Ok, try installing this. This version of the MOD is completely untested, so be prepared to restore backups if anything is amiss...

I unzipped...There are a lot of files there.
I don't see one that ends in mod so EZ will find it and dont see a setup php so how do you want me upload and exacute it? |

The Weather MOD script name is install.txt. EM can recognize both txt and mod file types. If you maintain the directory structure when you unzip the MOD, EM should be able to install it without much trouble. Of course this version is completely untested, so you are the guinea pig...
There is one SQL statement included in the MOD script and EM should be able to apply it to your database for you. There is no DB Update file to run from your browser...

I tred again several times with EM but it doesn't go past that line.
Funny here I sit working on this weather mod and in about 10 minutes we will be hit with a major storm. It's moving fast so should be over in 10 min or so. Just hope we don't lose ele or at least not for very long. |
