Not free but only $13. Really useful program for those that take and edit a lot of pictures of people and pets.

What makes this little program so unique and useful compared to the "quick fix" redeye feature in most photo editors is that it has the ability to recolor the eyes after the red is removed. Plus it has a lot of other features/effects you would find in other photo editors. It also has a “torn edges” effect.

Also they have a neat, and FREE, program that creates self-running multimedia photo albums and screensavers with more than 120 transition effects and with music, sounds, your voice comments recorded from microphone.

You can download and try for free. First see if you like it and find it useful.

The two programs above combined have a lot of neat features however if retouching happens to be your main interest I have a FREE program installed that does some fantastic retouching

Upshot

Click on the "two-minute tutorials" at the top of the page and then watch Retouch. It may take a while to load.....
