I don't know how true this is but I just got an email in my FreeCycleCafe email as follows:
Just heard on evening news, and also the school district i work for told all employees:
DO NOT OPEN any email with "Hear You Have" in the subject. It's messed up half the companies in Fla., the news said, and many home computers and businesses all over the country.
Patty
The only thing I could find about this on the Net is this:
Virus Warning
There is a nasty virus spreading by email out in the wild. It’s hit a lot of organizations, from government to private and there is currently no fix for it.
If you get an email with “Hear You Have” in the subject, DELETE IT and certainly DO NOT OPEN the link contained within. It links to a web page with a malicious script that will email itself to everyone in your address book and install a Trojan that may install further malicious software. It also appears to prevent Explorer.exe from opening upon reboot (thought it can be started manually from task manager).
We had to stop our email service in order to prevent the virus from spreading and block the websites that the link and infected systems are communicating with.
It may or may not be true but better safe than sorry and it appears there is not a fix for this virus yet. Just delete any email you suspect or if it's from someone you know first email them and ask if indeed they did send it.

Got this from a friend just now ....
Does your email in-box look like this? If so, you're not alone
A new virus is making the rounds via email, and some high profile corporations have already been hit.
The email has the subject line 'Here you have.' In the body of the email, it reads, "Hello: This is The Document I told you about, you can find it here" and contains a reference to a document and a link to what appears to be a PDF. IT departments are advising users not to open the email or click on the link, but to delete the message.
If you click on the link, the virus replicates and sends itself out using your name and contact list.
The attack appears to be global, so far affecting companies such as Disney, P&G, Dow, Coca-Cola and others. The Florida Department of Transportation's email system has been shut down, and other Florida government agencies have been affected, but so far no Texas government agencies are reporting any impact. The virus may have originated in Russia.
Locally, we know that NASA's Johnson Space Center has been affected by the virus.
Google has been tracking Twitter (#hereyouhave) to find out how often people are talking about the 'here you have' virus, and you can see a big spike starting right before 12pm and it has been continuing all afternoon.
Adobe Systems yesterday advised computer security experts that there were vulnerabilities in the Adobe reader software noting that hackers were looking to actively exploit a recently detected vulnerability.
Following information from Adobe: "A critical vulnerability exists in Adobe Reader 9.3.4 and earlier versions for Windows, Macintosh and UNIX, and Adobe Acrobat 9.3.4 and earlier versions for Windows and Macintosh. This vulnerability (CVE-2010-2883) could cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system. There are reports that this vulnerability is being actively exploited in the wild."

'Here You Have' virus hits e-mail inboxes
Lured in by the promise of free adult movies, guileless e-mailers are falling prey to the "Here You Have" virus.
The virus spreads through shared networks and e-mail address books and has attacked large corporations, such as Disney.
The malware worm disguises itself as a link to a Web site that offers free movies. The words "Here You Have" or "Just For You" appear in the subject line of the email. Users click on the link and it asks them to download a .pdf file. That file takes over the computer and seems to mine the computer for security information.
It has spread so rapidly the Department of Homeland Security's Computer Emergency Readiness Team has sent out an alert advising computer users to brush up on their safety skills.
The advice is simple enough: Install antivirus software and do not click on links in e-mails sent from people you do not know. And don't watch Internet porn, creep-o.
(Okay, that last bit of advice came from me.)
