I allowed Windows to install all the updates, rebooted and everything came up roses! Hummm, I was expecting Windows ....

I did notice when the PC was fully booted up (all icons in place in system tray) for about a minute and half the HDD kept working and ever once in a while the cursor changed to an hour glass so I guess there was still a lot installing going on. I waited until all was quiet before I launched anything.

So far no problems.
