I think if we ever get this first problem sorted out, the rest will go fairly smoothly. We're just having trouble getting past this first hurdle. That's why I need to see a current copy of your subSilver/posting_body.tpl file so I can determine exactly where the problem is...
I don't know anything about which ImageShack MOD that you are installing, but if you want it to look like what we have here, you could download and install the ImageShack MOD that I created...
This is the older version installed here now:
ImageShack_Upload_Panel_100.zip
This is the newest version of the same MOD with an assist from another admin named SwissCheese who used to frequent here:
ImageShack_Upload_Panel_1.2.0.zip
I also created an add-on for the 1.2.0 version that works with the Super Quick Reply MOD:
ImageShack_120_SQR_Plus_Addon.zip
This add-on is of no value for those who have not installed the SQR MOD though...

I have mention this to you before when this happens. The error appears on the mod install screen not on when u are trying to install

My first guess would by that your file server software doesn't like the folder and filenames that contain punctuation. Are you on a Windows or Linux server? Try renaming the MOD folder something like ImageShack_Upload_Panel. Your file server may not like long folder and filenames either. So you can experiment and see if either of these could be contributing to the problem...

When installing a MOD, if you get Warning errors, stop and let's fix them rather than completing the MOD install anyway. When there are Warning errors for template files, the MOD code is not added to those files causing exactly what you are describing...

If you didn't see any errors and if the conundrum template is installed, then EM added the MOD code to the template when you completed the MOD install. It is possible that the code is placed in the wrong place though and doesn't display. You might want to provide a text link to the conundrum page that isn't displaying the new MOD code so I can analyze it for you...
