I don't know anything about this MOD, so it's worth trying.  The MOD script had some obvious problems though, which I have fixed.  You should now be able to install this with EM.  Since I didn't bother trying to simplify the FIND statements, those may still need some adjustments if they conflict with your phpBB code...

Try this version of the MOD script and see what happens...

Oh sorry i forgot to ask, is it possible to make it say "Google [Bot]" instead of "Google" in the page_footer.php? like the username?

Don't worry I figured it out myself Smile All i did was add "[Bot]" next to the bot name (ie google).

I have often wondered if there was a way to see if a bot is on a board.  But does this only show google and yahoo bots or would you see any bot? and if they are named guest then how would you know what bot it is?

It looks like this MOD is only identifying Google, MSN, and Yahoo bots.  I bet it could be expanded to handle many of the other bots though...

I don't know what those temp_list values represent, but if you knew the temp_list settings for the other bots, they could be included too.  I bet the MOD author would have an idea of what the additions would look like or it may already be posted in the MOD topic somewhere...
