I spent ages editing files etc before EM could install the mod, when it finally installed though and I checked to see if the extra settings were in the profile the page wouldn't load up.
I think it might be something to do with this part of the mod though I'm not 100% sure. Just this bit baffled me a bit so maybe I messed up somewhere I don't know

Also, the Teampage http://www.djpassions.com/team.php has a box there but there's nothing in it
This is the hack I used: http://www.phpbbhacks.com/download/5164 |

What files were you editing? The only file that you should edit is the MOD script when attempting to install these MODs...
The Team MOD had many, many errors that had to be fixed. Here is a copy of the corrected MOD script. It is installed and seems to be working on your board now:

I think I edited theses ones so that they'd work with EM
admin/admin_users.php
admin/index.php
templates/subSilver/admin/user_edit_body.tpl
Also I had to edit this one templates/subSilver/profile_add_body.tpl because EM had the coding written differently to the my original file
The install file said to find this
<!-- END switch_avatar_local_gallery -->
<!-- END switch_avatar_block -->
But in my templates/subSilver/profile_add_body.tpl
I had this
<!-- END switch_avatar_local_gallery -->
<!-- BEGIN switch_default_avatar_choose -->
This is the last one I edited which from there is where I think everything went a bit Pete tong
I see you changed the command from just this
FIND = <!-- END switch_avatar_local_gallery -->
<!-- END switch_avatar_block -->
to <!-- END switch_avatar_block -->
Man is this mod a mess or at least it was |

I know
Well, I see you have fixed the profile. That page loads up now and I see the Teampage works properly too niceone! But the rules page still isn't loading it worked fine before I installed this mod I'm sure of it
I have a good backup of my forum files and sql database that I backed up before I installed this mod. If the viewing posts can't be fixed then I shall restore the whole lot and then install the Teampage mod you've modified and see if that corrects everything. If that doesn't work then I'd just leave this mod of as I guess it could just be interfering with the SEO software
My SEO software is more important than this mod so if I had to choose it'd be the SEO software and bye bye Teampage mod which would be a shame because it looks like a good mod
Let me know what you think Nightrider |

There was nothing that I could see in the Teampage MOD that would prevent the Rules page from displaying. I can see that you have uninstalled the Teampage MOD and yet the Rules page still isn't working. I don't think the Teampage MOD had anything to do with the Viewtopic page not working...

The Simple close or delete a poll MOD caused the problem with the Viewtopic page. I will look at it next to try to figure out why...

I haven't uninstalled the Teampage mod... I’ve been waiting to see what you thought first
I see the Teampage mod menu links aren't there but I think just forgot to add them?
If you goto http://www.djpassions.com/team.php the mod is still working *confused
I know what you mean about that it shouldn't have affected the viewtopic not working though
I'm not sure what's wrong |

The Simple close or delete a poll MOD had many of the same problems found in the Teampage MOD. These MOD authors don't understand the difference between the AFTER, ADD and IN-LINE AFTER, ADD commands, so they use them incorrectly. And by doing so, the code is added incorrectly as expected. I fixed the Simple close or delete a poll MOD script and reinstalled it and all is working correctly. Then I reinstalled the other MODs that I uninstalled when trying to track down the culprit to the problem. So everything seems to be working properly now...
