| just wondering with this mod, is there a way of keeping the bump post up the top of the board even when someone else posts? Not to worry if there isnt, just a thought, i know on some other forums that are not phpbb2, theres can do that |

You could always install the Topic Cement MOD so that you wouldn't have to keep bumping the message. It's installed here and used to work. It doesn't any longer though so one of the other MODs that I've installed must have broken it. I didn't use it enough to worry about it though...

Which MOD are you referring to? If its the Font Face BBCode MOD, just make sure that you install Part 1 first before installing Part 2. You can remove the README.txt file from the MOD folder since it isn't really a MOD script. It's just the MOD header section, that's why EM thinks it's a MOD...

ok, i was on about the topic cement i tried to install it which was fine then i went into a board and had an error on my live board i did this so i backed up the files, so iv just tried it on my test board now that we have solved the statistics mod, and in step two of installing i get this error:

An error was encountered while processing the SQL commands. Further SQL processing has been halted. You may choose to complete the MOD installation anyway and perform the SQL commands manually yourself. However, at this point EM cannot guarantee the MOD will work correctly so you are best off seeking support from the Author before continuing further.
The failed line was:
ALTER TABLE phpbb_topics ADD topic_priority SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;;
SQL ERROR: 1060
Duplicate column name 'topic_priority'

This is just telling you that you have already successfully updated the database with the SQL queries that came with the MOD. Since you cannot create duplicate tables, fields (columns), or keyed records, you would expect to see this error message whenever attempting to do so. You can safely ignore this error and complete the MOD install...
