| I see theres a few welcome pm mods do any of em send an editable message upon admin activation and not just when they register |

They can't retrieve a Welcome PM until they can successfully log in. So if the Admin has not activated the account, then they would never see the PM until they have been activated...
I'm not sure whether the PMs are sent immediately after registration or after activation though...

In Opera, this is all I see when I get a new PM Popup. I don't usually have that setting turned on though...

Hmm, strange I just got a small box appear this time. Before when loading up the forum the whole window would go grey with the usual message in the middle of the screen.
Oh well. Mine works just as it is so no problem |

| hmmm I'll give that one a look, Im not sure which is which i have seen some that send upon registration and some upon activation or an add on to the wpm mod that is supposed to help prevent alot of unessacary pms being sent ill see if i can find it and upload here so you can check it out and let me know what you think |
