I populated a couple of the modules table and now the error is different. I don't know if it is referring to a missing file on your sister's server or the MOD author's server...

The permissions for the modules/statistics_updates.txt file had to be set to 666. All seems to be working correctly now...

Now all she has to do is modify it to suit her needs. There are a lot of settings to look at and possibly adjust. Do you know what kind of forum she is planning to run? Will it be about women's issues or something else???

Yeah, she needs to change many things such as banner, bg images in shoutbox, post reply box, add forums, sub-forums, posting and lots more stuff.
She said that she is going to make complete women forum where her aim will be to invite only women and all the categories related to women such as recipes, fashion, beauty, henna(hand designs), Wallpapers, General Discussion, Gossip, Jokes, Poetry, etc
