Hi NR!
I've changed the DNS settings now, one member in Australia can already see the IX board 
Another member gets to the IX board but when they refresh, get the old board - is this normal?

In your IX CPanel, I turned the Directory Indexes On:
Then I added index.php and index.html to your Directory Indexes list...
Now you don't need to include the index.php file in the forum path...
