Ok I'll have a look... I'm using a 1MB connection with an upload speed of about 15kbps... any suggest as to what max_execution_time I should use and also max_input_time should I have them...

I really don't know if the number needs to be in seconds, minutes, hours, etc. You may have a 1 MB connection, but many of your members may have a much slower connection. Until recently, I was thrilled when I got a 5 kbps connection. Now I get a consistent 2.8-2.9 MB connection on ADSL...
Unless you really care how long the downloads/uploads take, just set it to some really high number, such as 99999999999999999 and see what happens...

Well for a start I think I changed this wrong

I think it's the one after = that I should have changed to 150MB not the one on the right side next to it which I think is the description |

I see now  I got the wrong one altogether before oops
But yes, so i've changed max_execution_time to 9999999999999 but i don't see a max_input_time
Will the max_excution_time be enough or is the max_input_time needed |

You might have members with slow connections that it might time out just as they are about to complete an upload. So you may want to add that setting too...
