Hello everyone,
I got this MOD which is really useful for everyone to make better SEO but the problem is how to install this. I have attached the MOD so that everyone can download and look at it and share your ideas/opinions about it as well as help us on how to install it. |

You should be able to install this using EM. But since the MOD script is not written in an EM Friendly manner, you might have to adjust the script in several places before it will install. There is also a huge DIY INSTRUCTIONS section that force you to possibly have to make manual changes as well. This is one of those MODs that should be installed on a Test board first so that you can work out all problems and correct any unforeseen issues after the MOD is installed so it won't be a surprised if it happens on your Live board and your community would be less likely to be disrupted...

I desperately need some better SEO on my site, to the point where I was thinking about paying for some help. But I should really do my research like everything else and learn what I can first. Anyway, what are your guys opinion on the mod in the original post, and this mod here? This mod doesn't require many edits, if any at all. I haven't done much reading at phpbb-seo.com yet, but I do plan to read as much as I can. I just thought since the subject came up here I would get your opinions.

I even took the MOD from the same site from where you took FTM. I don't know which one is better. But the one which i have attached, I will definitely try to install by tomorrow on my test board and will let you know guys what happens.
By the time, if any one knows any good phpBB SEO MOD, you may attach or provide the link to download which should be easy to install rather than what i have attached here  |

I haven't installed yet. I just downloaded and will try now. This looks like it will index more pages than normally it does (Hope so) which is quite good for me though. Till now google have indexed my phpBB pages around 9650 |
