Matooba, this MOD code has already been added to your search.php file. I would assume that the entire MOD has already been installed based on what I see here...

The code in the search.php file didn't look like it was added correctly. Did you manually add that code to your files? You might want to restore any backups that you created because there may be several mistakes...
