Exactly FTM. My host is v.good. They are v.helpful in every matter and good service of 24 hours but the only problem I am having from the time i have purchased the hosting plan is this NETWORK ERROR problem and we don't only loose 15-20 members daily but in 100's as we have over 19,000 members and the result is no one comes back when they see this problem crybaby

I am fedup of them but can't even change the host too as we have uploaded and worked on their server a lot and to change the server is not easy as any one thinks...

It's a very tough one to get by. The fact that they can't even get a page to load about guarantee's they aren't coming back since they most likely don't have much contact info, besides maybe the email sent when registering.

I probably wouldn't even know it was happening if it weren't for some of my faithful members that let me know the second they can't get on. hysterical2

Every time I get word someone else is blocked and I have to contact the host, I get upset. I couldn't imagine if my member base was like yours, or even worse if I were the one getting blocked from my own site. Brick wall

I was definitely wondering if it was just my host but maybe this is a bit of a common problem with hosts in general?

One thing funny happened with me that my host's firewall software blocked automatically my IP Address also Very Happy

I lives in UAE and if i was in USA, first i was going to kill my host yeah Very Happy
