Yeah, i thought to make it little lighter but actually you read my mind and made the default font as BOLD Very Happy which is quite good looking now so we don't need to make any changes.

I will now change the posting box picture and see how it comes there also.
By the way, how you did it? I mean it's easy to learn because If we will change the image for posting box bg also will it come full bg or it will come into break parts like the bg was coming before of shoutbox.

This is what I did:

OPEN
templates/subSilver/shoutbox_view_body.tpl

FIND
Code:
class="forumline"

REPLACE WITH
Code:
class="forumline3"

FIND & DELETE
Code:
class="{shoutrow.ROW_CLASS}"

OPEN
templates/subSilver/subSilver.css

FIND
Code:
.forumline2   { background-color: #FFFFFF; border: 2px #CC0033 solid; }

AFTER ADD
Code:
.forumline3   { background-image: url('images/shoutbox_bg.jpg'); background-color: #FFFFFF; border: 2px #006699 solid; }
