  1. profile.php
  2. includes/usercp_viewprofile.php - assigns values to variables
  3. templates/your template(s)/profile_add_body.tpl - displays the Profile settings
  4. templates/your template(s)/profile_view_body.tpl - displays information about the member

i cant find the duplicate code here. Its a custom title and it is showing 2 when registering and editing profile. But is showing one viewing topic.

Then the MOD code must be installed twice in your includes/usercp_register.php file.  Remove all duplcates from that file by following the MOD script and searching down with each FIND for the usercp_register.php file...

Yep, you want to get rid of one of these plus all the other duplicated code in this file:
