I'll look into it for you.  I see nothing obvious that might be causing this.  I suspect that the software may be failing if it finds an invalid email addy for one of the members, so if you are on the wrong end of that, you would never get the notices.  I'm receiving all of them so I know it is working.  I just need to find out where it goes wrong...
