It's probably not something I could do quickly. I would probably try to create a MOD to do it though. I believe I tried to keep the header code as close to alike in each template as I could, so it may not be that hard to create a MOD to do it in all of the templates...

I can make relatively small MODs since all I'm doing is using a MOD to change the code the same way I would do it manually. You could probably write your own MODs too now that you have learned how to manually modify code to meet your needs and you understand how EM works...

Ohh well, No, i won't be able to write a single line of MOD
For me these codes are really difficult when i open any .php file and for me these .tpl and .html files are okay to be editting
Rest all is too difficult when I see their codes  |

Well in the case of replacing the QBar code to a standard menu like you are using, I'd only need to write a MOD to modify the overall_header.tpl file. You could probably write that MOD too...
