Are you trying to change it on the BabyDreamz Forum? If so, that seems to be using an image background, so you would not see the background color because the image would cover it up...
This is the image that it's using and it's set in Edit Styles Data in eXtreme Styles:
Diddle may be using the background color from Edit Styles Data too. The color that is currently set is : FFF7C6

Its not desperate I was just to have a bit of a fiddle with it

No, that's not it. If you want to get rid of the background image, even if temporarily, go into your ACP eXtreme Styles and click on Styles Management. On the right, scroll down and click on edit styles data:
Then click on Edit next to the template that you want to adjust:
Then remove the Background Image and adjust the background color:

| Ok I did that and I now have a thin border around the edge but the graphic for the background is still there |

They sure scatter these settings at times. Ok, try removing the setting from bodyline next in your Diddle.css file...

thanks nr for all your help but it doesnt look like this style wanted to work for me at all! so im using another styel instead!
Really appreciate all the effort you went to.
As a matter of interest would you know of any way i can take the profile pages of the users and make add more of personalisation to them? is there a mod for that at all? |
