Has anyone used this software?
I am using MailWasher and I am happy with it, but it is a slight PITA to have to open the email client every time you want to delete the emails that you don't want...

Man! ePrompter really sounds nice doesn't it. I think the only thing it doesn't do is save mail. At least it used to not. I think Catmando uses ePrompter.
I'm not sure what you mean about having to open your mail client to delete mail when you use Mail Washer. You can delete the mail right in Mail Washer, that's the whole point of it. There is even a quick reply if you want to reply to a message right from MW.
Maybe I don't understand what you are speaking of.

The thing is that if you have email that you want to save and email that you don't want to save, you have to open your email client AFAIK... You mark them to bounce and delete and others are not marked. Hit process and your email client opens to get the email that you want...

You can change the settings in Mailwasher so that your email client will not open when you process your new messages...

OK, Spider, I know what you are talking about now and yes, that used to drive me crazy too. Not only did it open your email client if you already had it open a NEW one would open!
Nightrider is right about the settings. Here is a SS showing what to uncheck in Tools > Options. The email client will not be launched, when you are finished just click the - and minimize the app.
