I add the country flag just now..but at last ..got error msg

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: country_select() in /home/wtfone/public_html/forum/includes/usercp_register.php on line 1080
I can't check which place error..i was do that all correct,issit i do wrong on the usercp_register.php ?Pls help me..
My viewtopic page also got error..can fix it or i need to backup my current file?

I couldn't find the Country Flag MOD in either your Test or Live admin/mods folders. If you manually installed the MOD, it isn't surprising that it isn't working correctly. So I suggest that you restore your backups and use EM to install the MOD...
