I have tried to run the install.php for the contact list so I can do the uninstall of the database changes but cannot do that because you have to be able to stay logged in. I figured out I can log in and do things as long as I don't check the keep me logged in button but checking that is when it does the sql error.

It looks like you did a little house cleaning in the constants.php file and accidentally deleted the following line of code. I re-added it and all is well again now...
