Apparently it's because my contants.php file has double spaces in it?
This file is huge, to manually remove them all is going to take me hours. No jokes. Any ideas how i can do this faster? |

The only error I see is when going into your ACP. Apparently the MOD you installed then removed uploaded some included files to your admin folder. Once you delete them, all should be back to normal again. I tried to login to your FTP Server to figure out which file might be causing this, but the login failed...

I'm going to have to decrease your User ID and see if that makes any difference. Since some are receiving the notifications, I know it is working. So I'm guessing that it stops after it gets to someone's User record and they just happen to be before your record in the Users table...
I just checked your record again and the user_notify field was disabled. So I enabled it. Let me know if that makes any difference...

Awesome. I can't believe that has been the problem all along. Didn't we already check that setting at least once before???

Strange, you would think that would be the first thing we would have checked. Since that is the only thing I changed, it seems safe to assume that the setting has been wrong all along...
