No I don't think they are breeding grounds. I don't even think those are otters we see in the picture, they are probably rocks. That is the Beach in Acadia National Park, Maine. Here it is called Boulder Beach.

The cliffs are named Otter Cliffs. Go figure
I thought those were otters on the beach also, Reese.

Now I see that it's rocks. Wonder how the otter name got attached to any part of that park? Are there even any otters in that area? |
