Rest in Peace, Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10

If you use Internet Explorer as your web browser, you may want to take a look at which version you're using. Microsoft is pulling the plug on Internet Explorer 8,9 or 10 and will no longer offer support for them.

I don't use IE and since XP no longer gets updates from Microsoft I have no need to ever use IE.  So I'm good to go.

I think that may be your operating system, mojo, Windows 7.

Internet Explorer is a browser like Firefox and Chrome.  It's what you use to read the internet.  You probably have Internet Explorer 10.  The latest IE is version 11 but you can't install that on Windows 7 it's for Windows 10.

I still use Windows XP operating system and the highest IE I can install is IE 8.   But I don't use IE I use Seamonkey as my browser which is a lot like Firefox.

masteranu84, I'm still using Seamonkey.  AND I still have WindowsXP for operating system.  I tried Google Chrome way back when it first come out and at that time I didn't like it.

Some sites I order on tell me to update my browser but it IS up to date.  On some occasions I've had to use Firefox to get something done.  I'm just an old stick in the mud, that's an expression that meant I don't like change.  LOL

Since all the former Windows operating systems are falling like leaves the next OS I get may have to be Win10.  Not looking forward to it.

blob8 Good to see you on the board, masteranu84
