Ok, it is at a point where the pages will display. None of your Groups will display, but that shouldn't be a huge problem. I gutted the display_usergroups function again, so it doesn't take any time at all to run. There must be something else going wrong since the pages are still loading slow only when this one member has contributed to the topic...

Don't worry about adding that mod to show the list of groups we dont really need it. Smile

So if you don't need the Group information displayed, the code should all be removed. The code that is currently running but not doing anything could be causing the slowness when this member posts, so the sooner it is all removed, the better...

Do you still have the MOD script that you used to install it???

Any luck finding out whats wrong with the polls? I checked the files I cant find anything wrong, I have made no changes since the last time we were able to post a poll to the forums.

I did add a poll mod to my server but that was on a different sub domain and database - I dont think that would of effected it would it?

grrrr the phpBB site is currently unavailable so I am going to have to wait for them so I can find and download that mod.

No, I never really got a chance to get back to your site to do much of anything. My new PC problems really put a crimp on what I needed to do last night...

I did decrease the size of your Header graphic though from 244 KB to 58 KB. The old graphic is still available in case you prefer it over the new reduced one. I doubt that you would notice any difference. The old graphic took forever to load on dial-up...

The phpBB MOD Database just loaded for me, so you should be able to find the MOD now...

Jaddon, your polls are working again. All I did to fix it was install the Fast Poll MOD. Don't ask me why it worked though...
