What is that in the background? Ice? Mountains? I can't tell.

I know it's hard to tell whats going on in the background. I think it may be the way rays of light from the sun are reflecting the water? Not sure what Photographic Art means exactly but it sounds like something special. I guess Dave would know about this stuff.

Found this on the Net.... Could be the photo was enhanced in some way. For sure it did "provoke thought and discussion" didn't it? LOL
