The small one is a Gateway Glexatxstc BRO Essential 933C. What a mouthful for so tiny a machine. LOL Shipped with Millennium.
Have opened it up, no HDD and no Memory. Have not found a manual online yet so don't know what type and size memory it will take. I have spare used HDDs and a few assorted memory sticks. Hopefully I have some here to bring it to life otherwise not sure I want to spend any money on it.

Well the large server is a wash! It's running Windows2000 SP3, has two HDD and 2 full banks of memory. But the weight is a gamer stopper. I wouldn't give that thing to my worst enemy.
The small one ... no manual online to be found but from discussions on forums I've determined it takes PC133 memory and the max is 1GB. I did find two 128MB sticks for it.
The HDD is going to be something else, I have no idea what it shipped with but I'm sure it's a small one. I have one that has a jumper to choke it down and tried that one. Got nothing when I pressed the start button, not a flicker on the screen. Took out the small BIOS battery and changed it out. Then I got some thing, a message telling me there is no HDD and to press Enter if I want to Proceed anyway. And that went to a blank screen. Hummm other than the Gateway Splash screen I haven't seen anything of the BIOS screen.
I ran Hiren's Boot CD and the mobo and processor passed all test. Also the BIOS passed all tests. It was even showing the correct date and time. Imagine that!
Will look for another HDD but I bet I don't have one small enough to be recognized.
Oh yes! When I opened the CD ROM I found a disk in there called an Operating System CD! Has XP Professional Service Pack 2. The disk says For distribution only with a new HP or Compaq PC. Wonder if it would work on a Gateway?
Going digging for a HDD..................

Decided to junk the baby PC also. Something wrong with the mobo, I don't care what Hiren's Boot CD says. No BIOS screen posts.
