EM Installation File Count
It sounds like some of the EM install files are corrupt or missing. You should try re-uploading them to your FTP Server...
This is what you should find in your easymod folder:

So did you find them in the EM install download in the includes folder and if so, did you upload them to your server???

You don't have to get everything to say Yes in that list. I have successfully installed EM on servers where almost everything said No, except Safe Mode. The only thing that I see that concerns me is that the phpBB forum folder permissions appear to be set to 777 which is extremely dangerous because it makes it so that anyone in the world can have read/write/execute access to everything in that folder. Also, it could cause the EM install to fail. The only folders that should be set to 777 are your cache and images/avatars folders along with folders where you allow members to upload files to your server. But the vast majority of your folders should be set to 755...
After you correct the folder permissions, go ahead and try the EM install and see what happens...
