I have tried to follow the installation process of installing new templates using EM by  creating a dummy forum, then installing the templates and then the mods, but every time I do it gives me this error:

I tried to uninstall the fading flower template but then the error comes back with the next template in the list.

Any idea how to fix it ?

I suppose I should also ask another question while I am at it. lol   I have a list of mods that I want and although I know not every single one is going to work with EM,  I still would like to try and install them.  My question is, in what order should I install them as to get less errors and so they will work.
