Hmmm, I don't think that is a mod? I think that is something that depends on the template your using and if the template author put it in there? I could be wrong though.
I have it on all 3 of my forums and I haven't done a mod for it. I could probably find the code for you to add, Ill be right back.

lol iv just found both mods on phpbbhacks.com so at least i know they are available, i was too lazy to look for them when i wrote this post

I don't know if there is a MOD out there for that. I manually modified the code here early on to display the timestamp for the first post in the topic. I was annoyed that it didn't come standard with that...

Ok, I modified the Topic Started Date MOD to be EM friendly. It was adding a bit of unnecessary code anyway, so I cleaned it up and it turned out to be an extremely small MOD. So you can try to install this with EM...

Instead of attempting to install the Today At/Yesterday At MOD from phpBBHacks.com, why not try installing this one?
Today At/Yesterday At
Then if you want to colorize the Today At/Yesterday At text, you could install this MOD:
