OK, I'm having a problem, NR.
Whenever a user tries to buy anything, it says that they haven't got enough money or there is a bad item being purchased.

Ok, this MOD requires that you have the Cash MOD installed. So if you haven't already done so, you should install it now...
I have never seen this MOD installed and functional on any site, so I can't even begin to guess what you are seeing. Did you use EM to install this MOD? Did you update the database in the ACP Store MOD section???

The permissions were all screwed up, so I reset them.
