I was installing a portal and I was half way through when I got these messages...
Was that just because I hadn't finished or was that an error already?
I unistalled it in case  |

This is telling you that the includes/functions_portal.php file doesn't exist. Try finding the file and upload it to your includes folder and see what happens...
