Hi Guys,
Really nice forum....congratulations, I am sure that
I will become a regular visitor here. I am amazed
at what you CAN do with the PHPBB software....
if you know how!
I have recently opened a new forum
www.search-forum.com using
the PHPBB2, and all worked ok after installing.
I then added the "EasyMod" installation, yet
again no problems, it all completed ok.
Now though when I log in to "Admin", (which
I can do ok), I cannot appear to get into the
Admin Control Panel - the screen just keeps
returning back to the index page (ie. Home page).
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

EM wouldn't typically cause this problem, so to make sure, let's do this first. In your phpBB forum admin folder, you should be able to find a file named admin_easymod.php. I want you to create a temporary folder and move the admin_easymod.php to it. Make sure the admin_easymod.php file actually moves and doesn't copy to the temp folder. You need to make sure that the admin_easymod.php doesn't exist in the admin folder. Then go into your ACP and see if that corrects the problem. If not, we know that this isn't an EM problem and can start looking at other possible causes...
