Hi Nightrider, I hope you are feeling better today. 
I am getting ready to switch someone's new forum to one of my hosting accounts, and was hoping I could get through it myself, but it looks like I need some guidance.
I have the database and forum up and running on the new server, but I can't get into the admin panel, and I can't log out. I have looked over the phpbb_config table, and changed the default to 300 so I know I am seeing everything in the table, but only saw a few things to change. But I must be missing something.
I have changed:
server_name
cookie_domain
cookie_name
But can't find anything else in that table that could be changed. It's an almost vanilla phpbb (only about 10 mods) with ez portal installed.
When I try to sign in at the new forum I get the following error. But I checked and the portal.php file is on the server. When I try to go into the admin panel, i get the same error except it's login.php

The requested URL /portal.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

For script_path, you had it set to /. I changed it to /~showpug1/ and it seems to be working correctly now...

Oh, I see! I figured it was something totally obvious.  You mentioned the script_path in many topics about this subject and I looked at that spot ten times, but though it was right.

I looked at it and thought it was right too, until I looked at the actual path to the forum in my browser. I wasn't sure it would work, so was happy to see it when it solved the problem...
