Hello NightRider,
As you see my new website www.pkvehicles.com, I was planning to have Forum of auto classifieds and all the categories will be related to it. So how it is possible to copy and paste all the complete FunWadi forum INCLUDING members and MODs and posts. Later I will remove posts which are not at all related to auto classifieds. But i think If the forum can be copied as it is, it would be great for me to have members stick to that website for a long time and can bring more people in.

Will the FunWadi forum work If i just copy the funwadi/forum folder into vehicles/forum and than upload the backup into ACP which i have done from FunWadi ACP and than upload the MySQL database to get the same members in PkClassifieds?
If this is so, than i can copy and upload everything except the MySQL one. Because I am really scared and not sure on how to upload MySQL because it may overwrite on other SQL's as I am using Shared Hosting so I got 1 Cpanel only. If it was Reseller Plan, than there was no problem in getting scared. |

Yes, you can copy all of the files from one forum folder to another, then dupicate the database in phpMyAdmin so that you can connect the duplicate forum software with your new duplicate database...
This is how you clone your database:
phpMyAdmin - Cloning the Database
PhpMyAdmin has a handy tool that can be used to clone your database in a very short amount of time....
To easily clone your database, first create a new database in MySql. Make sure you assign a username that can access it with FULL privileges...
Then do this in phpMyAdmin. Select your current Live database in the left panel:
Click on the Operations tab in the right panel:
Enter the name of the new Test database that you created, select structure and data. Then press the Go button:
Your new Test database should be popuplated now. Then you would need to make sure that the config.php file settings for the Test board point to the new database...

Okay
I will try to copy first all the files and folders as it is of FW to my new website and than I will follow the steps what you said.
After copying all the files and folders, I should follow the steps you said or the forum will work after copying the files because i am confused when to upload the ACP backup into my new forum ACP |

Can i copy the files and folders from my PC as i have recent copies? Or i need to copy from server to sever. I am asking because If i copy from PC to server, will the file permission changes automatically as it should be or do i need to copy from server to server files |

If the files on your PC are all recent, then you can go ahead and copy them to the new site. But if you aren't sure, it would be best to download a clean copy from your server to your PC, then upload them to the new site folder...
If you use the phpMyAdmin cloning process, it will probably only take a couple of minutes to duplicate your database. If you use the database backups that you created from your ACP, it may take a very long time. The cloning option is the fastest and easiest if your new database will be on the same server as your current database...

Okay, I will copy first as I am doing it now past half an hour. Once this is done, i will do the steps what you said to do in phpMyAdmin and see whether i can do or not |

If you run into any trouble, I will help you through it but it may have to wait until later tonight. It's almost park time again and the dogs are already bothering me to go...
