Hello,
Is it possible to replace that shotubox with the chat room/box.
For this I can even remove the current shoutbox mod codes manually if at the same place chatroom can be added.
If it is possible in anyway, please let me know.

Ok, there are a lot of Chatroom and Shoutbox MODs out there, so hopefully you will find what you are looking for. I thought you said that the Ajax Shoutbox did what you wanted in Neil's Shoutbox? Why wouldn't you install it???

I really want that Ajax shoutbox instead of this but to remove it's code manually and to install that Ajax one will take long time yeah. I will see some day later and first I will make backups because the current shoutbox is pretty cool and only the refresh is the problem which we have to do.
By the way, I got the best chat room so far I have seen. The thumbnail of it's were so great and I have downloaded it and have put the MOD codes here so I just want to ask that after installing this Chatroom, I think it will be separate chat room and the link will be in overall_header.tpl instead of near to shoutbox. So is it possible to make on index page like shoutbox after installation? Or it will open in a new window only... |

Can you find a link to the MOD? The MOD script messes up the code, so a lot of the MOD script was truncated from your message...
My guess would be that this is a Chatroom, not a Shoutbox. So it would be displayed on its own page. But without seeing the rest of the code, that is just a guess on my part...

Yeah this is chatbox and v.v.nice looking and v.professional and interesting that it is ajaxed. I have fixed all the errors of it but last error says that FIND statement $lang['Session_invalid'] in lang_main.php and there is nothing related to $lang['Session_invalid'] so what should i do with that error.
The MOD is there in ACP and ready to install but this error i can't fix it

Alpha MODs are very dangerous to install. By Alpha, that usually means that the MOD isn't finished and is still in development. Beta MODs are MODs that could have bugs but they are in the testing phase. So Beta MODs are generally safer to install than Alpha MODs but not by much...

| Yeah, now it installed and after installation I cannot see Chat link in overall_header and my footer is corrupted. In header still I can add Chat and can give the link to chat.php and when i open my website www.funwadi.com/forum/chat.php so it works fine and I just went to Admin Panel under that Chat so it configures it properly but that also having error on header. That will be still fine if the footer of the page is fixed |
