Just tried going to my site and got the following error. Is this an error that will fix itself, or do I need to contact my host?

Look in your database to make sure that the phpbb_users table still exists and if so, whether you can read data from it. This might be the sign of a corrupt table...

Try this. Check the phpbb_users table on the right panel...
Then scroll down and select to Repair the table:
If that doesn't work, your host will probably have to fix this problem...

Great! So did the host fix the problem or did repairing the table do the trick???

| All of todays posts are gone grrrrr. I did a backup a few hours ago but won't some mods need to be reinstalled? |

I bet the phpbb_posts and phpbb_post_text tables are messed up too. Your host should repair all of your tables, not just the phpbb_users table...
MODs are installed into your phpBB files on your FTP Server, not into your database. Some MODs modify your database though, but I'm sure your host should be able to repair your database so that nothing is lost...
